Lionheart classes are held in daycares, schools, parks and other facilities. Our park programs are open to the general public. Classes held in daycares are only open to families that are enrolled at the childcare facility. If you would like to start a class at your child’s School find a coach in your area and set up a free demo.
Lionheart Fitness Kids provides all the equipment needed for each sport. Kids will need basic athletic wear. No special equipment is required to participate in a Lionheart class.
Lionheart coaches are happy to accommodate new class requests. First find a coach by using our coach locater tool on the website. Once you have found a coach, contact that coach and tell them you are interested in starting a new group. You will need a minimum of six children to start the class. Coaches can be held in parks, churches, schools, or any facility suitable for sports activities.
Our unique sports classes are designed to Bring out the best in our students in a fun non-competitive environment. Our structured program teaches the fundamentals of soccer, baseball, basketball, track and field, volleyball, flag football, and gymnastics. We develop strength, fine and gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and social skills; always instilling the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.
The Lionheart curriculum is designed specifically for children two to five years old. All drills and activities are age-appropriate and build on a solid foundation of fundamentals. As the kids’ skills and understanding of the sport develops the pace and intensity of the class increases.
Variety is the spice of life! Nowhere is this statement truer than in early childhood development. Our five-week sessions give children enough time to form a solid foundation in each sport yet always gives them a new activity to look forward to. With this structure, kids never get bored and more easily form a love for sports and fitness that can last a lifetime.
During the course of a five-week session Lionheart Will attempt to hold a makeup class or we will add the missed class onto the end of the session.
Coaches will always email parents before class if the class must be canceled. Be sure to check your emails an hour before class if there is a question of weather.
No, Lionheart will not issue a refund for non-attendance at a scheduled class. Refunds will apply if the withdrawal of the student is received in writing one week prior to the start of any session. If Lionheart should find it necessary to de-register a child for any reason, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended. A $15 administration fee will be applied to all refunds issued. Lionheart allows for children to try one free class before enrolling. You must contact the coach prior to the start of the class to schedule your free class. Free classes are subject to availability.
Yes. Simply notify your coach of the dates that you will be missing of that session, and a credit will be applied to your account. This is only valid if you notify the coach before registering for the session.
No. All registrations for classes and birthday parties must be paid online through the Lionheart Fitness Kids platform. If a coach asks you to pay cash or check for a class, please report this immediately to Lionheart Fitness Kids corporate office. Click here to contact corporate.
No. A parent or guardian must remain at the park for the entirety of the class. At no time may a child be left alone at a class. And at no time is a coach allowed to transport a child to or from a class.

The onsite training is designed to give the coaches an opportunity to develop their skills and practice the drills they have learned in the online manuals. We will be going over the essential training tools, warmup activities, baseball drills, soccer drills, and track & field drills. Your initial certification includes basketball; however, we will not be practicing those drills during the onsite training.

After your background check has been cleared, you can immediately schedule your onsite training. You don’t have to pass your online exam before attending the training; however, we do recommend you start studying right away, as you will be evaluated on your performance that day. Note: You must at least review the “Essential Training Tools” video and “Warm-up” video prior to coming to an onsite training.

Onsite training is a mandatory part of the certification process. You may have to travel to a location if you do not see a training in your area. Let us know where you would like us to schedule an upcoming training, and we will do our best to accommodate. If you are able to get a group of 20 people together, we will come to you!

We will be practicing all the warmups, soccer, baseball, and track & field drills that you have been studying in the manuals and videos, so come prepared to get some exercise! You should wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move around in, and bring some paper and a pen for taking notes. This will be an all-day training, so you may also want to bring some water, snacks and a lunch. Most importantly, don’t forget to bring your energy and enthusiasm, and a plethora of Hi-fives! Get ready to have some fun!
Yes, you can change the date of your training one time with prior notice at least 14 days before the date of the originally scheduled training.
After you have successfully completed your onsite training you will receive a LFK approval or denial letter within 7-10 days. IF you have passed the ONSITE course but have not passed your ONLINE EXAM, you have 45 days to do so. If you fail to pass your online exam within 45 days, you will be required to repeat the entire certification process. Once you have passed both the ONSITE and ONLINE courses, you are ready to begin your classes!
You can purchase your equipment anywhere, but why not get it from Lionheart Fitness Kids? You can purchase LFK branded equipment from our website at hugely discounted prices, and the shipping is always free!
As long as your licensing fees are current, your certification is valid indefinitely
You will receive a free Lionheart Fitness Kids t-shirt and whistle at the onsite training. You are not required to wear them, but we recommend that you do. Remember, you are building a business and a brand, and you want to look like a professional. You can buy additional t-shirts and other apparel at the LFK shop on our website.
Yes, you can place your license on hold for up to six months in a three year period, for $9.99 per month. If your license is on hold, you cannot teach classes and your profile does not show on the public site.
Through our Pridelink crm and database, you can find the contact information for all the schools in your area. We also offer a public database where parents or facility directors can find you when searching for coaches in your area. You will always have access to our Business in a Box tools which help you track your leads, manage your classes, and follow up with your customers. Everything you need to start, manage, and grow your business can be found in Pridelink, which comes free with your paid monthly licensing fee!
